The DaVinci Convertible Cribs is actually a brand name of the Million Dollar Baby Company (MDB). The DaVinci cribs official website is located at DaVinciDécor.com. It is a division of the MDB company and not a stand-along company. This is why the title of this article says Brand instead of Company. It is among one of the many siblings of the MDB Company. DaVinci cribs is a brand of the Million Dolloar Baby company.

The company is founded in 1989 under the name Million Dollar Baby Company; often seen abbreviated as MDB. To better tailor their nursery products to the demands of the market, they branded their cribs and crib patents. Each brand focuses on a distinct market but all carries the company’s commitment to providing great quality, lowest prices, assorted selections, and most importantly, highest safety standards.

So, all of the furniture is made under the Million Dollar Baby Company’s umbrella, but is offered in four different brands: Million Dollar Baby, DaVinci Décor, Babylotte, and, most recently, Nurseryworks. Each brand made its own impression to the model and sold it at different price points to retailers. Because of this, consumers like us get confused between the brand name and the company name. We are all given impression that the DaVinci Décor is a stand-alone company. The confusions come when we see a Da Vinci crib being described as a MDB crib and visa versa.
